WARRANTY, RETURN AND PRICING POLICY

WARRANTY POLICY:

30 days in-store warranty periods are limited by the manufacturer’s warranty policies. If the merchandise is under its manufacturer’s limited warranty, it is given priority over Micro Comp System’s, therefore inquiries have to be made directly to the relevant manufacturers. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals/packing for more information.

 

In order to receive warranty service on any product from Micro Comp Systems, you will be required to fill out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form so that we may send the item to the supplier or manufacturer for warranty service. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy, the product may be repaired or replaced. This may take 2~8 weeks.

Note:

  1. Software incompatibilities and any problems related to software failure are not covered under warranty. Any software defects must be handled by relevant software manufacturers.

  2. Any replacement parts/products provided to the purchaser in fulfillment of its warranty do not extend the warranty period, only the residual portion of the original warranty period remains.

  3. Warranty will be voided if Product(s) suffers from one or more of the following: Physical Damage, Invalid / Incomplete / Modified / Removed Serial Numbers.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from MicroComp Systems, and would like to request a return, you will be required to complete an RMA form (click here for more details) and please note the following:

Within 7 days of purchase:

  1. Returns for refund are valid within 7 days of your original purchase date or notification date of shipping. Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange, refund or credit.  Subject to NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES POLICY see below. Valid refund will be made to the original method of payment.

  2. A copy of receipt and RMA number must be provided for all refunds and/or exchanges.

  3. All products must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and cables etc.

  4. All products must be fit for resale when requesting a return.

  5. Opened or used products will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of 13%.

  6. Micro Comp Systems reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for any special circumstances, such as damaged packaging, missing accessories etc.

After 7 days from purchase:

  • No refund or exchange will be made after 7 days of the original purchase date or notification date of shipping.

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES POLICY:

  1. No refunds or exchanges are permitted on printers, cartridge/toner, CD/DVD media, software, refurbished / pre-owned products and all FINAL SALES items.

  2. No refund on administration fee or handling/shipping fees.

  3. For exchanges, our usual handling/shipping fees will apply to send the exchanged items to you.

  4. No refund or exchange will be made if serial numbers are removed and/or the product is not properly maintained.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As a vast majority of in-stock items ship within 24 hours from warehouse, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If order can be cancelled, refund of payment will be made to the original method of payment. Refund timeline can take 7-14 business days to complete.

 Note:

  • MicroComp Systems reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. If your order is canceled, you will receive a notification via email or phone with alternative options provided, if possible.

PRICING POLICY:

Micro Comp Systems does not offer any form of price protection on items sold. Any refund amount is based on the lesser of the current price of the item or the price for which it was purchased.
